Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are manufactured to order using additive (3D printing) technology. Because these items are produced specifically for you after your order is placed, they are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective or damaged, as described below.

Return Eligibility

If you simply aren't happy with an eligible, non-custom item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with any original packaging. Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund: made-to-order or customized products, clearance or final-sale items, and any item returned outside the 7-day window. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@amncollectives.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If we confirm the defect or damage, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email contact@amncollectives.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back. We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return. For warranty claims or items that arrive defective or damaged, we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label (see our Warranty). For change-of-mind returns within the 7-day window above, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable method, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit.

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund.

Carrier Delays

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled entirely by third-party carriers. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. AMN Collective LLC is not responsible for delays, service disruptions, or losses caused by the carrier after a package has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

2. Send It In: Ship the item back to us with a quick note explaining how the failure occurred.
3. Get Squared Away: Once we receive and review it, we'll promptly ship you a replacement or the latest upgraded version of that product.

What's Covered

This guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship, structural failures, and normal wear-and-tear fatigue under intended use. It does not cover:

• The item must be returned: To receive a replacement, we need the physical product back for analysis. We cannot replace lost or misplaced items.
• Intended use vs. abuse: We do not cover intentional destruction, physical modifications (such as cutting, sanding, or altering the structure), or use of a product for a job it clearly wasn't designed for.
• The right tier for the job: We offer products in different performance and material tiers engineered for specific limits. If a standard-tier product fails because it was pushed into conditions requiring an advanced-tier material, we'll work with you by applying a one-time upgrade credit toward the correct product for your needs.

Changed Your Mind?

This guarantee covers defects and failures, not change-of-mind returns. If you simply aren't happy with an eligible, unused, non-custom item, you have 7 days from delivery to return it under our Refund & Return Policy.

The bottom line: If you treat our products right and one fails you under normal use, send it home. We'll study it, fix it, and build it back better.
